cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellations:

   a. If you wish to cancel an order for a product before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

   b. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been processed for shipping.

   c. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Returns and Refunds Policy (if applicable) to return the item.

 

2. Rental Cancellations:

   a. To cancel a rental order, please contact our customer support team well in advance of the scheduled rental start date.

   b. If cancellation is made within the agreed-upon notice period, we will issue a refund or credit according to our Rental Refunds Policy.

   c. If cancellation occurs after the notice period or after the rental period has begun, rental fees may be non-refundable.

 

3. Bespoke Goods:

   a. For bespoke and custom-made items, cancellation policies will vary depending on the stage of production and the nature of the item.

   b. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss the cancellation request.

   c. If production has not yet begun, cancellation may be possible, subject to any consultation or design fees paid.

   d. If production has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or it may incur additional charges. This will be communicated to you by our customer support team.

 

4. Communication and Refunds:

   a. All cancellations must be initiated by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.

   b. In the case of eligible cancellations, we will strive to process any refunds or credits promptly, following our applicable Refunds Policy.

   c. Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase. However, exceptions may apply depending on circumstances, such as bank policies or payment method limitations.
