b. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and accessories must also be intact.
c. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
2. Rental Returns:
a. Rental items should be returned within 5 business days after the wedding date mentioned in your rental agreement.
b. The items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and with all the accessories provided.
c. Late returns or damaged rental items may incur additional fees or deductions from your refundable deposit.
3. Bespoke Goods:
a. Customized or made-to-order items, including personalized engravings, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
b. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
4. Refund Process:
a. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period.
b. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting information such as images of damaged products.
c. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe with instructions for the return process.
d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
