4.2 The customer is responsible for the safekeeping and timely return of rented products. Any loss, damage, or late returns may result in additional fees, which will be deducted from the security deposit. The Store reserves the right to withhold the security deposit or charge additional fees if necessary.

 

5. Bespoke Goods

5.1 Customized or bespoke products made specifically for the customer's Catholic wedding may be offered by the Store. Detailed instructions, design specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines will be agreed upon between the customer and the Store.

5.2 Due to the personalized nature of bespoke goods, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the Store.
